Paul Everett Branham of Camden, South Carolina | 1948 – 2022 | Obituary
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Paul Everett Branham, of Camden, will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Quaker Cemetery. Rev. Jim Davis will officiate. There will be a visitation from 4-5:30 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be sent to the American Red Cross, 2751 Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
Paul died Monday, February 28, 2022. Born in Centerville, SC, he was the son of the late Alfred Samuel Branham and Betty Easler Branham. Paul was a graduate of Camden High School and served in the United States Air Force. He then worked in the auto industry for many years until he started his landscaping business where he was in his element, the outdoors.
Paul was an avid fisherman and golfer. He loved his time spent on the pier and the golf course. Paul enjoyed grilling for his family and friends with the love of his life, Katherine, by his side. He was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his sons, Paul Everett Branham, Stanley Garber Branham, and William Wilkins Branham (Hannah), all of Camden; daughters, Rhonda Branham Conti (Ty), of Wilson, NC, and Paula Ann Branham of Ladson; grandchildren, Megan Conti, Seth Conti, Isabella Branham, Laney Branham; siblings, Timothy Gordon Branham (Catherine), Breta Lucille Chesley (Steve), Alfred Samuel Branham, Jr. (Debbie), sister-in-law, Rita Gainey Branham and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his brothers, James Richard Branham and Bradford Keith Branham.
The family would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses of MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina Oncology Associates, and Dr. Munn and her staff at Camden Family Care.
