Brenda Joyce Jordan was born in Kershaw County, S.C., on December 24, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ed Anderson and Lelia Cooper Anderson.

Brenda Joyce Jordan, 75, of Camden, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017.

Brenda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, especially on outings. She enjoyed shopping and cooking Sunday dinner.

Surviving were her husband, Claude Jordan; children, Stanley Jordan and Stacy (Dawn) Jordan; granddaughter, Kimberly Jordan Joyner (Mitchell); great-grandchildren, Mitchell “Thrace” Joyner, Preston Joyner, and Braxton Joyner; siblings, Betty (Frank) Shiver, Margie Bullock, Dean (Cathy) Anderson, Judy (Herman) Jones, and Joey Anderson; sister-in-law, Brenda Anderson.

She was predeceased by her son, Stevie Jordan; siblings, Bobby Anderson, Donald Anderson, Mark Anderson, and Tommy Anderson.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Jordan Cemetery. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the funeral home.
