LUGOFF – A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jack Randolph Bonds, 55, of 1703 Thunderwood Road, Lugoff, SC, will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel. Rev. Jerry Lewis will officiate. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association of SC, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Ste. 205, Columbia, SC 29204.

Jack died Sunday, September 25, 2016. He was born in Richland County, the son of his surviving father, Harold D. Bonds and his surviving mother, Violet Neal Stacy. Jack was formerly employed with Bonds Floor Sanding and the Elgin IGA.

Jack is survived by his father, Harold D. Bonds (Debbie) of Lexington, SC; mother, Violet Neal Stacy of Lugoff, SC; brothers, Tony G. Bonds (Lynda) and Bill Widener (Donna); sister, Melissa Sharpe (Randy); nieces and nephews, Novie Bonds (Jason), T.J. Bonds, James Bonds (Jennifer), Alston Bonds (Miranda) Jason Paschal (Marlah), Grace Widener and Neal Widener; and great- nieces and nephews.

He will also be missed by his loyal Lab, Doc; Dachshund, Jersey; and his cat, Acey.

Jack was predeceased by his grandparents, Jack and Lois Neal; and his aunt and uncle, Jimmy and Gracie Sharpe.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
