Vivian Irvine Jay Branham was born May 7, 1914 in Saluda County, she was the daughter of the late Simeon Cromer Jay and Daisy Stewart Jay.

On February 8, 1985, Mrs. Irvine Jay Branham was listed as the living wife in the obituary of Charles Tillman Branham.

2000

Vivian Irvine Jay Branham, 86, of Lugoff, died Monday, May 1, 2000. 

Mrs. Branham was a charter member of Hillcrest Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 32 years. She was the widow of Charles Tillman Branham.

Surviving were her sons, Charlie M. Branham, Robert L. Branham both of Lugoff, Wayne T. Branham, Larry E. Branham both of California; sisters, Celestia J. Magni of Lexington, Marie J. Rodgers of Greenwood; brother, Luther E. Jay of Saluda; 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2000, at Hillcrest Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family received friends 7-9 p.m. this evening, May 3, 2000, at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel.
