Robert Olin Watson, 57, of Key West, Florida, died Saturday, June 28, 1986.

Born in Blaney, South Carolina, he was son of the late James Donald Watson and Clemmie Eloise Flaherty Watson. He was an honor graduate of Clemson University and served as a lieutenant in the Korean conflict. He was an assistant vice president of City National Bank in New York City and became a well-known antique dealer in Massachusetts. He was the owner and operator of The Antique Shop in Key West and a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

Surviving are sisters, M. Grace Watson and Ann W. Barden of Columbia, S. C.; brothers, J. Donald Watson Jr. of Elgin, S. C. and Steve F Watson of Chicago; and a nephew and nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Blaney Baptist Church in Elgin, conducted by the Rev. William L. Coates.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church or the American Cancer Society.
