Leslie Christopher Jeffers was born August 12, 1965, Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina, son of Thomas Bobby Jeffers and Martha Ruby Moak Jeffers.

Leslie Christopher Jeffers, was three weeks old and died on August 22, 1965 in the Columbia Hospital.

Surviving in addition to the parents, are five brothers, Jerry Jeffers, Kyle Jeffers, Ray Jeffers, Andy Jeffers, Andy Jeffers, and Steve Jeffers; maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Leslie Moak (Kate Catherine Branham), paternal grandmother, Mrs. Corrie Jeffers of Elgin, Great grandmother, Mrs. John Moak, all of Elgin.

Graveside service for Leslie Christopher Jeffers was held Thursday, September 9, 1965, at 4 p.m. at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Rev. N. D. Sellers will officiate.

The family was at the residence of Leslie Moak in Elgin, and the body was at the Paschal Funeral home.
