MRS. CHARLES EDWIN BROWN was Marian Jeanette Monroe before her wedding at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 in the Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church, Blaney. SHe is the daughter of Mrs. Gillyard Percival Monroe of Blaney and the Late Mr. Monroe. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Margaret B. Brown of Columbia and the late Mr. Brown.
