Elizabeth was born on November 28, 1908,  to Charles Wilson Holley and Ida Mae Sowell Holley.

1935

On December 1, 1935, Miss Elizabeth Holley was listed in the newspaper article “Holly-Rose.”

1940 Census Information:

According to the United States Census recording on May 12, 1940, Norman Kennedy Rose (33) rented a house in Blaney, Kershaw County, South Carolina, also in the home were his wife Elizabeth Holly Rose (30) and son, Norman Kennedy Rose (3). It was reported the family members were all born in South Carolina. Norman Kennedy Rose worked in the clerical department of a lumber company, while Elizabeth Holly Rose kept house and raised son, Norman Kennedy Rose, Jr.

1957

Elizabeth Holley Rose, 49, passed away on August 20, 1957. Burial was in Blaney Baptist Church Cemetery.
