Windhorn-Baucom Wedding Plans

Rosalind Windhorn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lomas Windhorn, Sr., and Chief Petty Officer Horace Clifford Baucom, Jr., United States navy, of Lugoff have completed plans fro their wedding, which is to take place at 7:30 p.m. May 18 in Ebenezer Lutheran Church. Dr. Charles E. Fritz, pastor, will officiate, and Mrs. Arthur Tarrer, organist, has charge of the wedding music.

Rosalind, who is to be given in marriage by her father, John Lomas Windhorn, Sr., will have for her matron of honor, her sister, Mrs. M. M. Hammond (Mary Elizabeth Windhorn). The bridesmaids are Helen and Margaret Windhorn, sister of the bride-elect; Edith Hiens of Johnston, Cousins of the bridegroom-elect.

Lieut. Richard B. Pool, United States navy, of Lugoff will be the best man, and usher-groomsmen are John Lomas Windhorn, Jr., brother of the bride-elect; M. M. Hammond, borther-in-law of the bride-elect; Henry Smith of Blaney, brother-in-law of the bride-groom-elect, and Herbert F. Boykin of Lugoff.

Immediately after the cermony the bride-elect’s parents will entertain at a reception at their home on United States Highway No. 21, near Columbia.
