McRea; Jacob’s Creek Homeowners’ Association, Inc, I, the undersigned Master for Richland County, will sell on September 6, 2022 at 12:00 o’clock noon, Courtroom 2-D, Richland County Judicial Center, 1701 Main St., Columbia, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL, LOT OR TRACT OF LAND,TOGETHER WITH ANY IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF RICHLAND, STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, BEING SHOWN AS LOT 189 JACOBS CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE 10 ON A BONDED PLAT PREPARED FOR FIRSTAR HOMES, INC. BY POWER ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC. DATED MAY 3, 2007 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE R/D FOR RICHLAND COUNTY ON 5/24/07, IN BOOK 1316 AT PAGE 3339; WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND HAVING SUCH METES, BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCES, BEING A LITTLE MORE OR LESS, AS BY THIS REFERENCE TO SAID PLATS WILL MORE FULLY APPEAR.
This being the same property conveyed to Lisa M. McRea and Willie M. McRea by Deed on Model Home Holdings, LLC dated June 26, 2014 and recorded June 27, 2014 in Book 1955 at Page 1028 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Master at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of his bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfieted and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff’s debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at the time of bid on property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at risk of the said highest bidder). A personal or deficiency judgment being expressly waived by the Plaintiff the bidding shall not remain open after the date of sale. Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on Master’s Deed. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the balance of the bid from date of sale to date of complaince with the bid at the rate of 4.37% per annum. If the Plaintiff is demanding a deficiency, the Plaintiff may waive any of its rights, including its right to a deficiency judgement, prior to sale. In the even an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale of such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order.
