For twenty years, Ethel helped serve our country as an Army spouse. In addition to the service that is part of being a military family, Ethel was a loving servant at heart. She also served in her favorite roles as wife, mother, grandmother, and sister with love, devotion, and excellence. She had an amazing sense of hospitality and outreach to others, and she was an engaged and caring friend and neighbor.

After a long life of gladly focusing on others, the last few years afforded her an opportunity to be served by others daily as she resided in assisted living, including memory care for the last year and a half. Her family is thankful for the joy of getting to serve her as she did for us and grateful for the many people in various facilities who cared for and loved her daily.
