Born May 15, 1946 in Bethune, she was the daughter of the late Henry Carnell Baker and Lillian Blanche Gainey Baker.

She was a member of Abney Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking trips to Georgia.

urviving are her children, Amy Atkinson (Tony) of Bishopville, Crystal Williams (Chris) of Cassatt, Craig Baker (Staci) of McBee, Valeria Robinson (Whitney) of Dacula, Ga. And Lee Ann Butler (Tony) of Buford, Ga.; twin sister, Linda Farmer (Sonny); sister, Karen Watford (Tony); brother, Jerry Baker (Pam); and 9 grandchildren, Desman Robinson, Trel Butler, Ma’Kel Robinson, Kylan Butler, Chloe Baker, Jaden Robinson, Makyah Butler, Cassidy Baker and India Butler.

She was predeceased by a brother, Ricky Baker.

Funeral service will be held on Monday at 4:00 p.m. at Timrod Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jeremy Ussery and the Rev. Cotton Pate will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.
