Richard Allan Sanders was born on January 29, 1982 in Mecklenburg County, N.C., he was the son of Robert Darrell Wendell and Amy Dobson Wendell.

Mr. Sanders, 38, of Lugoff, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020. He was a professional tattoo artist known as “Richie Rich”. Richard also enjoyed drawing and painting art work.

Surviving are his parents, Bob and Amy Wendell of Lugoff; and step-sisters, Angie Mathis and Theresa Barwick.

The family of Richard Allan Sanders, will hold a private memorial service to celebrate his life. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or American Kidney Foundation.
