Roberto John Rios was born January 18, 1953 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of  Dulcilio and Anna Isidore Rios.

Roberto John Rios, 67, of Elgin passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020.

He served in the United States Army.

Surviving are his wife, Beverly Linea Brown Rios.

Funeral service for Roberto John Rios, 67, was held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at High Hill Baptist Church. Burial was in Fort Jackson national Cemetery.
