William Charles “Bill” Moore, age 77, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. Born on December 12, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Neville Charles and Mary Julia Carroll Moore. Bill was an Army veteran, having served in Vietnam, and worked as a weapons tester for Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was also an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He is survived by his son, William R. Moore (Heather) of Wapakoneta, OH; stepsons, Paul J. Underwood, III (Lucinda) of Farmington, UT and Francis C. Underwood, Sr (Deirdre). of West Grove, PA; stepdaughter, Mary Kristie Underwood of North Philadelphia, PA; fourteen grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Robert D. Moore (Hope) of Williamsburg, VA; and numerous cousins.

Bill was predeceased by his wife, Mary Alice Cook Underwood Moore, and his parents.
