Rosaley Germine Felkins was born March 20, 1964 in California, she was the daughter of  Robert Earl Cox and Rita Marie Violet Walker.

Rosaley Germine Felkins, 55, of Elgin, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

She enjoyed drawing, arts and crafts.

Surviving were her children, Wayne Felkins Jr (Heidi), Crystal Felkins Patton (Trey), Kimberly Cox; sisters, Rachel Bender (Joe) and Renee Gandy (Mark); brother, Robert E. Cox Jr.; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Cox.

A memorial service was held on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
