A Memorial Service for Julian Morris will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 30th at Malvern Hill Baptist Church. Rev Buster Morris will officiate. Following the service, the family would like for you to join them in a time of visitation and fellowship together. Memorials may be made to Malvern Hill Senior Adult Ministry, 1514 Malvern Hill Drive, Camden, SC 29020.

Julian passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020. He was born on July 13, 1941 in Sumter, SC, the son of the late William Cornell and Marjorie Morris Hanf. He was a member of Malvern Hill Baptist Church in Camden and was very active in the Senior Adult Men’s Sunday School Class. He was self-employed and proudly ran Jemco’s of Camden for many years, along with a plethora of other businesses including CARS (Camden Auto Rental and Sales) and most recently, The Nut House.

Julian is survived by his wife of 57 years, Virginia Gary Morris; daughters, Melissa Morris Koening of Camden and Heather Morris Bass (Ken) of Coppell, Texas, son, Julian Michael Morris (Jessica) of Camden; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Morris of Camden and Buster Morris (Charlotte) of Camden; sister, Linda Morris Branham (Jack) of Camden; stepsister, Patricia Frost of Lugoff; and stepbrother, Jimmy Hanf (Jeanette) of Elgin.

Julian was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Patricia Morris; great grandson, Conner Privette; stepfather, Jim Hanf; and stepbrother, Michael Hanf.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is assisting the family.
