Raymond Leslie Jordan, was born in 1938 in Winnsboro, he was a son of the late Clinnie Jordan and Grace McManus Jordan.

Raymond Leslie Jordan, 80, of Elgin, husband of the late Vonda Jordan, passed away Tuesday, October 09, 2018.

Mr. Jordan enjoyed hunting.

Surviving are his children, Raymond L. Jordan, Jr. of Bishopville, Cindy Alexander (John) of Cassatt, Dianne Branham (Clint) of Cassatt, Sandy Branham (Ernie) of Elgin, Brent Johnson (Jennifer) of Lugoff, Scott Jordan (Melinda) of Elgin, Leslie “Marty” Jordan (Christy Brassell) of Elgin; siblings, Bill Jordan (Toni), Dorothy Ray, Linda Boulware, Don Jordan; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Jan Sanders; and siblings, Grady Jordan, Frances Sanders and Betty Jean Jordan.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Dulaney officiated. The family received friends Friday, October 12, 2018, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
