Obituary of Richard Daniel Altman

ELGIN – A celebration of life service for Richard “Ricky” Daniel Altman, 57, will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

    Mr. Altman passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018.  Born on August 7, 1961 in Blackshear, GA, he was the son of the late Bobby Daniel Altman and Katherine Groover Altman. Ricky loved his family, NASCAR racing, Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons. He always lived life to the fullest.

    Surviving is his loving wife, Paula; sister, Diane Altman; niece, Ashlee Mock; nephew, John Dylan Cooper; great nephew and nieces, Kaleb, Kailey and Kiley; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
