Carl Samuel Baskins was born November 27, 1951 in Camden, he was the son of the late Carl Frederick and Ruby Lee Baker Baskins.

Carl Samuel Baskins, 66, of Cassatt, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital.

He enjoyed racing cars.

Surviving were his sister-in-law, Pauline Baskins; and nieces, Melissa Tarlton, Kristina Turner, Heather Egbert and Debra Anderson.

He was predeceased by brothers, Harry Lee Baskins, Ernest Baskins, and James Baskins.

Services were private. Friends may call at the home of Pauline Baskins.
