Crystal Dawn Bass was born Thursday, July 21, 1977 in Charlotte, N.C., she was a daughter of Allen Wallace Bass, Sr.  and Glenda Faye Thompson Bass.

Crystal Dawn Bass, 39, of Cassatt, died Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

Ms. Bass enjoyed arts and crafts.

Surviving was her companion, Robert Schwarz; son, Karl Steven Schwarz; mother, Glenda Bass; and siblings, Michelle Miller, Jessica Grace Lemonds, Allen Wallace Bass, Jr., Robert Ray, Candy Outten, Tammy Jolly, Tabatha Felker, Pebbles Little, and Neal Pilot.

A graveside service was held Friday at 3:00 p.m. in House of Prayer Cemetery. The rev. Burch Kelly will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Karl Schwarz Trust Fund.
