Clifford Arvid Adolphson, Sr. was born Sunday, December 03, 1933 in Perth Amboy, NJ, on December 3, 1933,  the son of Emanuel Adolphson and Thelma Belk Adolphson.

Clifford Arvid Adolphson, Sr., 83, of Lugoff, passed away December 11, 2016.

He was a member of Foscoe Christian Church. Mr. Adolphson performed in numerous plays with the Fine Arts Center in Camden and was the President of the Foster Care Association of Kershaw County.

Surviving were his beloved wife of 63 years, Barbara Adolphson; children, Cliff (Tracy) Adolphson, Jr. of Banner Elk, NC, Carl Adolphson of Lancaster, SC, and Carin Adolphson Brazell of Lugoff, SC; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Carl Adolphson.
