James Flaniken “Jamey” Bryan was born May 3, 1954, in Knoxville, TN, he was a son of James C. Bryan and Helen S. Bryan.

James Flaniken “Jamey” Bryan, 62, formerly of Camden, passed away on November 16, 2016 in Irmo, Lexington, South Carolina.

He graduated from Thomas Sumter Academy and the University of Virginia, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and served as vice-president of the Student Council. He was an avid golfer and active with several junior and amateur golf organizations.

Surviving was his sister, Cissy (William) Terlizzi, nephews and niece, Joey, Bryan and Stacey Terlizzi, all of Batesburg-Leesville.

A memorial service was held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the S.C. Junior Golf Foundation, P.O. Box 286, Irmo, SC 29063 or the charity of one’s choice.
