Jean Marie “Gina” Palmieri Bentley

Jean Marie “Gina” Palmieri Bentley was born in Boston, Mass., she was a daughter of  Giovanni Palmieri and Domenica Fantini Palmieri.

Jean Marie “Gina” Palmieri Bentley, 67, of Elgin, died on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.

She was a member of Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed gardening, singing and spending time with her family.

Surviving were her sons, Arthur Bentley (Michelle) of Lugoff, Mark Bentley (Pam) of Quincy, Mass., and Joseph Bentley of Elgin; sister, Julia Magliozzi; brothers, John Palmieri and Robert Palmieri; and grandchildren, Kortney Bentley, Alyssa Bentley, Veronica Bentley, Victoria Bentley and Vivian Bentley.

She was predeceased by brothers, Mark Palmieri and Richard Palmieri.

A service was held on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Miles officiated. Memorials may be made to Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Building Fund or Radiate Church Elgin Campus. Burial was in the Pine Hill Cemetery, in Quincy, Norfolk, Massachusetts.
