Services for Nell Hilton Amoruso, 98, of Westville will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 2:00 p. m. at DeKalb Baptist Church with burial to follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Keith Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 4, 2007 from 7:00-8:30 pm at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made to Westville Fire Department, P. O. Box12, Westville, SC 29175.

Ms. Amoruso died Monday, December 3, 2007. Born in Westville, she was the daughter of the late Sydney Hampton and Kathleen Sanders Truesdale. She was a member of DeKalb Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling and lived in California for a number of years. She liked to crochet, make crafts and was an artist who specialized in painting lovely flowers, which she loved.

Surviving are her daughter, Kathryn Marguerite Hilton of Westville, grandchildren; Karen Vincent, Cheryl Broughton, Richard Hilton all of Westville, Ann LaCarter of Fort Mill, Pamela Powell of Loris, Kay Hough and Joseph C. Hilton, IV of Rock Hill, 11 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel is in charge of arrangements
