LUGOFF — A funeral service for Sadie Amos Marsh, 87, of Lugoff, will be held 4 o’clock Friday, September 14, 2007, at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Paul Miles. and the Rev. George Hewer officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 3 o’clock at the church. Shives Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Miss Marsh died Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Born in Blaney, SC, she was a daughter of the late Hezekiah Ernst Marsh and Minnie Henrietta Nelson Marsh. She was a former member of Blythewood Church of God and the Adult Sunday School Class. Miss Marsh had retired as a secretary from the S.C. Highway Department.

Surviving is her sister-in-law, Myrtle Marsh of Lugoff.

She was predeceased by brothers, Mordecai M. Marsh and David Marsh, and sisters, Beulah Lee Marsh and Leitha Lizzie Marsh.
