Yo-yo champion Steve Brannan works with Blaney Elementary students Matthew Bone, Decedric Thompson, Marsha Cooke, Zachary Hughes, Richard Simpson and Josh Council. Brannan entertained students with yo-yo tricks and stories to encourage them to do their best on PACT tests.
