Phyllis Branham Watts

Phyllis Branham Watts was born on February 22, 1942 in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Albert Robert Branham and Eva Spradley Branham.

Phyllis Branham Watts, 62, of Lugoff, died Thursday, May 20, 2004. She was a hair stylist with The Rave. Mrs. Watts was a member of Oak Hill Community Church.

Surviving were her daughter, Vickie Watts Covino of Lugoff, SC; her son, Randy “Bubba” Watts of Camden, SC; 2 grandsons, Rodger Earl Covino and Robert Blake Watts; 2 sisters, Paulette Watts of Lugoff, SC and Bonnie Rabon of Elgin, SC.

Funeral services for Phyllis Branham Watts, the widow of the late Earl Finland Watts, were held on Monday, May 24, 2004 at 4:00 PM in Hillcrest Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Pastor Doug Mize, Pastor Joe Covino, son-in-law, and Pastor Chris Rollings officiated.

The family received friends on Sunday, May 23, 2004, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel. Memorials may be made to Oak Hill Community Baptist Church, P.O. Box 337, Elgin, SC 29045.
