ELGIN

Mr. and Mrs. David Ross of Elgin announce the engagement of the daughter, Crystal Renee Ross, to James “Jimmy” Cook, son of James Cook and Michele Cook of Columbia.

The wedding is planned for August 12 at Blaney Baptist Church.
