ELGIN

Watch Inc. is sponsoring a program of child safety information and will fingerprint children ages 4 and up Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Blaney Gym on U. S. Highway 1 in Elgin.

The Child Safety Day will offer information to parent on how to spot abuse or drug use among children and also will record children’s vital statistics for a private record to be kept by Watch, a non-profit organization of Kershaw County citizens concerned about child safety.
