She was a retired Seamstress.
Mrs. Cora Bell Meetze Wages, 78, died yesterday (November 9, 1985) at Richland Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held on (January 21, 1973) in Fox Hill Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Mr. Arline Kirkland. Burial will be in the old Fox Hill cemetery. Thompson Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Donald W. Hornsby, Rodney E. Hornsby, Clark W. Hornsby, Steve M Hornsby, Richard Branham and Willard D Branham.
Surviving were three daughters, Mrs. Katheryn Hornsby and Miss Thelma Wages of Columbia and Mrs. Pearl Branham of Elgin; a son, Calvin E Wages of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie M Sharitt and Mrs. Ida Meetze of Ballentine.
