Burnette Wayne Munn was born December 30, 1960 in Richland County, son of Mrs. Jeanette Watts Hornsby and the late Burnett Munn.

ELGIN- B. Wayne Munn, 25, died Sunday of Injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

Born in Richland County, he was a son of Mrs. Jeanette Watts Hornsby and the late Burnett Munn.

Mr. Munn was a machinist at Hewitt-Robbins of Columbia.

Surviving are his mother of Elgin; his stepfather, Gary Hornsby of Elgin; a brother, Dale Hornsby; a stepmother, Grace Munn of West Columbia; half sisters Carolyn Munn, Wanda Munn and Laura Munn of West Columbia; a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Sara Watts of Elgin; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lucille Twitty of Columbia; and a stepgrandmother, Mrs. Hattie M. Hornsby of Camden.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Union Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. Sara Watts.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, is in charge.
