Surviving are five sons, Eddie Cook and Jimmy Cook of Camden, William D Cook of Lugoff and Carl Cook and Owens Cook of Winnsboro: stepmother, Mrs. Eunice Goff of Elgin; two sisters, Mrs. Esther Branham of Cayce and Mrs. Zemmie Moak of Elgin; three half-brothers, Cleve Goff, Talmadge Goff and Mendell Goff of Elgin; three half-sisters, Mrs. Pearl Nettles of Elgin, Mrs. Lillie Mae Heldieberg and Mrs. Betty Meetze of Columbia; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
