Funeral services for Mrs. Dovie Motley Hornsby, 84, of Rt. 2, Elgin, who died Wednesday in a Columbia hospital, were held today at 3 p.m. in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery at Elgin, conducted by the Rev. N. D. Sellers and the Rev. L. W. Corder.

Mrs. Hornsby was born in Kershaw County and had lived in Elgin all of her life.

Pallbearers were Gene Rabon, Russell Branham, Rodney Hornsby, Clark Hornsby, Boykin Hornsby Jr. and Edwin Johnson.

Surviving are four sons, Edmond Hornsby of Elgin, Ellerbe L. Hornsby of Lugoff, Otto Hornsby of Columbia and Boykin Hornsby of Sumter; four daughter, Mrs. Blake Branham of Elgin, Mrs. Don Androdes of San Leandro, Calif., Mrs. W. T. Rabon of Cayce and Mrs. Edward Johnson of Aiken.

MRS. DOVIE HORNSBY

Mrs. Dovie Motley Hornsby, 84, of Rt. 2, Elgin, died Wednesday at Columbia Hospital.
