Frances Grace Harmon Watts was born on September 14, 1876 in Blythewood, Richland, South Carolina to Elijah Michael Harmon and Frances “Fanny” E Wilson Harmon.

1913

On January 2, 1913, Ms W. R. Watts was listed as a living daughter in the obituary of Mrs. Fanny E. Harmon.

1967

Frances Grace Harmon Watts, 90, of Horrell Hill, died Sunday, August 27, 1967 in Lura Spence Nursing Home. Mrs. Watts was the widow of W. R. Watts who died in 1919.

Surviving were a son, O. V. Watts Sr. of Eastover; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held today, August 28, 1967, at 5 p.m. in Talbert Funeral Home. The Rev. Coy Muckle officiated. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Owen Watts, Jr., William Robert Watts, Ronald B. Watts, Jack Crooks, Jan Hazewinkel and Billy Hazewinkle.

The family was at 5725 Colonial Drive.
