Miss McComb Becomes Bride Of Mr. Frady

GREAT FALLS – Miss Ruth Leora McComb became the bride of William Thomas Frady at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Mount Dearborn Methodist Church.

The Rev. G. O. Gilliam officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Mary Christopher of Great Falls. The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Clarence T. Frady of Rutherfordton, N. C.

The bride, given in marriage by her brother, wore a formal gown of peau de soie trimmed with re-embroidered Alencon lace. The veil of illusion was attached to to an orange blossom and pearl coronet. She carried pink roses.

Miss Ann Young was maid of honor. Attendants were Miss. Amy Peay of Blaney and Mrs. Charles H. Rentz of Columbia. They wore A-Line Afternoon dresses of figure weave taffeta in tones of blue.

Ray Frady, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were Charles H. Rentz and William C. Coker, both of Columbia.

After a trip to the mountains, the couple will make their home in Columbia.
