Funeral services for John Gary Branham, 50, formerly of Easteover and Walterboro, who died Sunday at the American Hospital in Chicago, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Chapel of the Fred Parker Funeral Home in Walterboro.

Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, with military burial rites.

Mr. Branham was born in Richland County, a son of the late John G. Branham and Carrie Jackson Branham. He was a member of the Union Baptist Church at Blaney.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ida Robertson Branham of Walterboro; a daughter, Carolyn Delores Branham of Walterboro; a step-son, Rudolph Player of Fitchburg, Mass.; four brothers, Allen Branham and Willie Branham of Eastover, Robert Branham of Columbia; and two sister, Mrs. Alena Bryan of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Sara Long of Clifton, Calif.
