Reubin L Branham was born March 2, 1895 in Fairfield County, son of the late Emanual Branham and Amanda Bouleware Branham.

Reuben L Branham, 68, of Lugoff, died Tuesday, May 7, 1963 at his farm.

Mr. Branham was a retired farmer and barber.

Survivors included his widow, Mrs. Martha E. Branham; one son, Albert R. Branham; three daughters, Mrs. L. T. Taylor and Mrs. Edmond Harden Jr. of Lugoff and Mrs. W. F. Jones Jr. of Eloree, and three brothers, Herbert Branham and Tally Branham of Ridgeway and Ezelle Branham of Columbia.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 1963 from Hillcrest Baptist Church, Elgin, with burial in the church cemetery.

The body will remain at the Kornegay Funeral Home, until an hour before the service, at which time it was placed in the church.
