These are, therefore, to authorize any person qualified to perform the marriage ceremony for the persons above named, and for the so doing shall be sufficient warrant.

Samuel Walter Kelly, 39, of Route 2, Blaney, Kershaw, South Carolina, passed away on October 13, 1962 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina, due to Chronic glomerulonephritis, a type of kidney disease characterized by long-term inflammation and scarring of the glomeruli (microscopic structures in the kidney that filter blood and produce urine). He also had hypertensive cardiovascular disease.

He was born on October 14, 1922 in South Carolina. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War II. He was the husband of Martha R. Kelly.
