CAMDEN (Special) – Blaney won first place in the Community Booth competition at the Kershaw County Agricultural Fair.
The Antioch Community booth came in for second place, and the Baron DeKalb booth placed third. The judges were unanimous in that all booths were exceptionally well planned and well dressed this year.
Blaney very effectively carried out a theme of “Past and Present and What’s next” in arranging the winning booth. A color scheme of blue, silver and white was used. A rocket (the What’s Next) was the focal point of the booth.
