A $120,00 complaint arising out of a June traffic accident near Pontiac was filed in Federal District Court here today.

Plaintiff is Donald W. Hornsby of Georgia, as administrator of the estate of Otto E Hornsby Jr., deceased. Defendant is C. W. Wooten of Kershaw County.

The action is brought on behalf of Otto Hornsby’s Parents, Otto E. Hornsby Sr. and Kathryn Hornsby.

The plaintiff alleges in the complaint that Otto Hornsby was driving a motor scooter in a Northerly direction along U. S. Highway 1 near Pontiac on June 16 when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the scooter, with injuries received by Hornsby resulting in his death.
