Connie Elaine Nates was born May 17, 1958, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge D. Nates (Evelyn L Nates) of Rt. 3, Columbia,

Connie Elaine Nates died at 10 o’clock Sunday night, May 18, 1958 at the Columbia Hospital.

Survivors, in addition to the parents, include a sister, Elizabeth Hope Nates, and two brothers, T. D. Nates, Jr., and Franklin Mark Nates; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Minnie B Legrand; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Nates; and a number of aunts and uncles.

Graveside services was held at 5 o’clock this afternoon, May 20, 1958 in Jackson Creek Baptist Churchyard, conducted by the Rev. W. L. Gladden.

The body was at the Paschal Funeral Home.
