Notice is hereby given that on Sept. 29, 1951, one 1940 Chevrolet Sedan, Motor No. 3475067, with accessories, was seized in Richland County, S. C., for violation of the Internal Revenue laws, to wit; Section 3221 Internal Revenue Code. Registered owner, Boykin Lyles, Blaney, S. C. Any person claiming an interest in said property must file a claim and deliver a cost bond in the penal sum of $250, with approved sureties, at the Office of the Investigator in Charge, Alcohol Tax Unit, 409 Owen Building, 1321 Lady Street, Columbia, South Carolina, on or before November 16, 1951, otherwise the property will be forfeited and disposed of according to law, W. G. Malsie, District Supervisor.
