Mr. and Mrs. Manis Watts (Jessie Irene Goff Watts) announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sara Lagatha Watts, to the Rev. Bill E. Goff, son of Gary Goff and the late Mrs. Goff of Blaney. The wedding is to take place September 30.
