BISHOPVILLE, Jan 7 – Funeral services for James Frierson Holland were to be conducted today at 11 a.m. at the Cedar Creek Baptist church and burial was to be in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his widow, Mary E Christmas Holland, one daughter, Mrs. Albert Stokes of Bishopville; two sons, James Daniel Holland and William Johnnie Holland, both of Ashwood, three sisters, Mrs. Eugene Smith of Camden, Mrs. Fred Hunter of Blaney, and Mrs. Grover Cate of Heath Springs, and two brothers, Hagood W. Holland and W. A. Holland of Ashwood.

BISHOPVILLE, Jan. 6 – (Special) – James Frierson Holland, 62, died at 1:30 Tuesday at his home at Ashwood after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock Wednesday Morning from Cedar Creek Baptist church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his widow, Mary E Christmas Holland, one daughter, Mrs. Albert Stokes of Bishopville; two sons, James Daniel Holland and William Johnie Holland, both of Ashwood, three sisters, Mrs. Eugene Smith of Camden, Mrs. Fred Hunter of Blaney, and Mrs. Grover Cate of Heath Springs, and two brothers, Hagood W.
