Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon a petition of the above named petitioner against the above named respondents for the sale of a certain tract of land located in the county of Richland and State of South Carolina for the purpose of sale and paying the proceeds of sale and paying the proceeds from same on the debts of the late Dudley G Swan, now deceased; that the property affected by such a suit is described as follows:

All certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the county of Richland and State of South Carolina and containing thirty-eight acres, more or less, and being about one one-half miles from the town of Kililans, and being bounded by lands of Lowrance, Brown and Jones, and being the same tract of land heretofore conveyed to Dudley G. Swan by Blaney Lumber Company by deed dated Feb. 18, 1941, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Deed Book “EV” at page 109.
