Charleston – (Special) – J. T. Ross, formerly of Blaney, has been appointed a member of the Charleston Navy Yard’s IVB Professional Group War Production committee. Mr. Ross, a junior electrical engineer at the yard, who now lives at 35 Charlotte street, Charleston, is one of the IVB professional group employees selected by the workers to represent them.
