The dedication of the Methodist church at Blaney will be held at 11 a. m. Sunday, May 9. The pastor of the church. Bishop William T. Watkins will dedicate the church and preach the sermon. The Rev. J. Ross Johnson, Sumter district superintendent, will also be present and take part in the service. Members of the board of stewards are Dr. W. D. Grigsby, E. Talmage Bowen and Dewey Braziel, all of Blaney.

Special singing will be a feature of the service.

The Blaney Methodist church building has just recently been completed, and an interesting program has been planned for its dedication.

The Rev. Mr. Bedenbaugh announces that the service will be open to the public.
