Thelma Dowey is spending the weekend with her parents, in Blaney.

Flossie Bauknight will be the weekend guest of her parents in Gilbert.

Jewell Holmes will be at home with her parents in Johnston for the weekend.

Wilma Hutto is visiting her parents in Holly Hill this week end.

Catherleen Calivas will spend the weekend in Lamar with her family.

Melba Weaver is spending the weekend with her parents near Timmonsville.

Ernest Ott, a former student, who is now working in Charleston, was a visitor in the college Thursday.

Those passing a typing test during the month of December were 15-minute, Martha Slice, Katherine Harmon, Mrs. Eleanor Adams, Louise Lewis; 10-minute, Jennie Mae Poole, Sally Amick, Jocelyn Elmore.

Thelma Dowey, having completed the required examination for the executive secretarial course, was presented her diploma Friday of last week.

Carrie Lou Bartley will spend the weekend with her parents in Saluda.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin L. Amick of Prosperity visited their daughter, Elberta, at the college office last Thursday.

Sarah Elizabeth Martin accepted a permanent position with a local firm last week.

Elbert Amick and Katrena Watson are planning to leave for Washington within the next few days to accept positions there.

Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Fuller of Dawkins visited the school last week and enrolled their daughter, Louise. The college also welcomes Miss Sue Nelle Wilson of Darlington, Miss Dorothy Ouzts of Johnson and Gerald Laney of Pageland.
