Off-Limits

The 30th Division of Fort Jackson, now out in the field on a maneuver, is not harming any gardens or orchards . . . In the area around Blaney were the division encamped Monday night, dozen of red signs with the words, “Off Limits,” were posted on every orchard and garden in the vicinity . . . “Off Limits” to army means that no person is allowed in the area designated by the signs.
